#31 Save data only less than 2K

I work in a project that have a lot of ejb-jar.xml (about 200), Implementors plugins don't save the list of files where the list is big, i think is becouse that the method getResource().setPersistentProperty() only support 2kb, this method is used by the class EJBProjectProperties in the method saveFilePaths.
