Eclipse ResourceBundle Editor 0.7.6 released

ResourceBundle Editor is an Eclipse Plugin for editing localized properties file. This release contains a few bug fixes and a few new features such as using the Eclipse "Outline" view to navigate keys and the option whether to persist keys with no values. Chinese plugin translation is now available also.
