Eclipse ResourceBundle Editor 0.7.4 released

ResourceBundle Editor is an Eclipse Plugin for editing localized properties file. This release adds Portuguese to the supported user interface languages. Otherwise, this is a maintenance release fixing a few bugs (see release notes for details).
