#58 Configurable option for Don't add spaces before '='
Current behaviour: for any given top-level group of keys, the longest key defines the length of the group, and any shorter keys will be appended w/ spaces so that the '=' are all in the same column.
Looks nice.. but it's hell with version control.. any longer key that gets inserted marks all other keys as modified.. my request is to give the user the chance to disable that feature.. or keep it as GUI only, which I believe is far more complex.

If I understand you right, there is already a way to disable that feature. Look at the preferences for "ResourceBundle Editor/Formatting". There is an option called "At least one space each side of equal sign". That should do it.
