#54 Delete parent node's resource string,but keep node's chidren

Sometimes it is necesery to delete the resource string, associated with parent node (key group), without deleting the child nodes.

I propose either two menu item in the context memenu, named something like:

Delete resource - which deletes only the associated resource in property files

Delete group - wich deletes the parent node (group) and its children (along with the corresponding resources)

or additional option in the Delete Key Group Confirmation dialog box.

The same logic can be applied to commenting Key Groups: sometimes it is necesery to comment out only the parent of the group, leaving the children intact.
