#45 Editor configuration - "Enable project specific settings"

As Eclipse already do with "Enable project specific
settings" with "Java Code Sytle" or "Java Compiler",
add a feature to set properties in a file local to
the project. With this feature it's possible to share
your configuration with other developpers of the
project (via CVS, SVN, etc...)

now. Now that I know I am not the only one to want this, I
