#35 More options for sorting and formatting

It would be very handy to provide some settings that
allow for sorting and formatting the keys in a user-
definable way.

One option could be to ignore case while sorting,
another one to add an empty line for a given string
distance between two adjacent keys. This would help
maintaining big resource files outside RBE.

Also, if this feature was to be implemented, you might
add an option to leave the established key ordering as
is, so as not to corrupt some existing formatting.
