#2 bad link for FAQ

The link on page http://eclipse-imp.sourceforge.net/installing/index.html for the FAQ (https://reswats1.watson.ibm.com/comm/research_projects_edit.nsf/pages/safari.FAQ.html) cannot be accessed from with GE and is presumably incorrect since it is different from the reference elsewhere in the documents.
