#165 Add a button and/or a shortcut for configuration reload
When creating or reviewing a configuration, when changing suppressions or ImportControl XML files, it is really tedious to go to the CheckStyle preferences dialog to hit reload. It would be great to be able to add a button to the toolbar (customize perspective) and/or have a shortcut binding.
I've added a new toolbar with the purge caches action as the sole item for now. It's configured to be hidden by default but can be activated via customize perspective.

Yes, 7.3.0 should be out in a few days at most.
It wasn't disabled by default for me. And the button also has "Purge Checkstyle cashes" text next to it. All other toolbar buttons only have an icon.
