I provide Japanese language translation for eclipse-cs v4.3.2.

========== Proposal ==========
I hope that translated resources should be distributed as eclipse fragment and should not be contained in host plug-in as part of internal resources.
The translators of each locale don't always work while synchronizing with its program development, and cannot start to localize i18n resources until official release of host plug-in.

In eclipse platform, an approach that provides them as eclipse fragment is specially recommended.

Could you consider how to localize and distribute them?
I'll support, as much as possible.

    Thank you very much for this contribution.
    I'll need to think about how to best set up the projects required for the additional fragments and how to set up the build for the language packs.

    Additionally there is this feature request (https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1426937&group_id=80344&atid=559497) regarding the i18n'ing of the plugin metadata, which contains descriptions for the checkstyle modules you see in the configuration editor. If I start working on this general topic I think this should be tackled as well.

    I'll keep you posted about my progress on the matter.
