#417 eclipse-cs Plug-in 7.3.0 not installing in neon.2

I use Neon.2 Release (4.6.2).
When I try to install the Plug-in from Marketplace it says: The following soulutions are not available: Checkstyle Plug-in 7.3.0.

I tried this on Mac and Windows. Both fail.

Hey all,
I've moved hosting of the update site to Bintray.com. The update site url remains unchanged.
I hope this will resolve installation issues for the time being.
