This is a low-volume list (2-3 mails per year) which is solely used by the ECLiPSe 
development team to distribute announcements about new releases, developments or 
ECLiPSe-related events.  It replaces the formerly used lists
ecl...@cr... and ecl...@ic...
All users of those lists will be transferred to this new list.
