Category: eclipse-ccase Group: develop >Status: Closed >Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Submitted By: David Newcomb (davidnewcomb) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Uncheckout on edited file deletes file without warning Initial Comment: If you edit a file, then do undo checkout, it removes the edited file and/or what is in the buffer, and replaces it with the old version. At the very least can we have an option flag to warn you, that you are going to lose all your hard work. Checkin and Checkout are very close to each other on the menu bar. Sometimes you can be caught out and lose all your work. I submitted this awhile ago and it was generally well recieved, but it does not appear to be in the list (, or in the application). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Gunnar Wagenknecht (gwagenknecht) Date: 2006-02-20 15:56 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=372260 Fixed. Actually, the warning (dialog box) was already implemented but didn't work properly! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=460297&aid=1425259&group_id=50595 |
