#349 Using BeyondCompare blocks Eclipse

I am using BeyondCompare as my external diff tool. While BeyondCompare does start, Eclipse keeps up it's "Compare started..." dialog box, and doesn't let you do anything until BeyondCompare is closed. You can RunInBackground, but perhaps the BeyondCompare process should be kicked off in another thread, so that control can be brought back to Eclipse immediately.

    Unfortunately, I'm getting the same behavior with the updated version. The compare window blocks.

    I have found the problem and I added job.setSystem(true) and it will automatically put process in background and not block gui.

    Will be in release 2.2.31.
