When Testing Connection, provide full dump on why a SQL Azure connection failed.
Provide more details on why failure and hints to resolve:
* username must be username@servername
* firewall settings
etc...

For example, as illustrated in attached image windows4azure_266877_1.png , even though expected failure, entering "foo" to every text field in the SQL Azure property panel, provide some feedback why the connection failed.
