#52 Conversion from Java Web to WA fails

1. Create a standard Dybamic Web project
2. Call Convert to Windows Azure Web project
3. Select the opetion "Windows Azure Data storage"

The Web APP container is not created in this project.

The container "Web App Libraries" is created by wtp, not by our toolkit. We only copy jar libraries to web-inf/lib folder, and wtp will detect change in this folder, and create a container to hold all jars in this folder.
