This eclipse plugin does not work with Windows Azure SDK 1.1. It seems path of the SDK (c:\Program Files\Windows Azure SDK\v1.0) seems to be hardcoded. Instead the path should be read from Windows Registry if possible otherwise user shouldbe given option to edit the SDK path.
