It is not clear why file 'web.config' was removed from WebRole project.

This is an important file for configuring deployment of Web Role application onto the Dev Fabric and the Azure Cloud.

We should not assume that index.php will always be the default document. Plus it is used for configuring other IIS settings, such as handlers.

Still an issue with latest update.

Fixed for "SQL Azure", "Windows Azure Data Storage" and "Windows Azure Data Storage & SQL Azure" data storage options. But stills an issue when "None" is selected as data storage option.
