Hey gang, I just downloaded the latest version from the repository and I am anxious to apply the fixes I read about in the forum. I am a bit lost at to what the dependencies are. After inspecting the build and plug-in properties and browsing the source a bit I can see several references to packages. After adding the once I could find I still can not get it to build. Could someone point me to a list of things I need to have in my project to build this version. I have the jface packages however I do not have the net.sourceforge.ecldbtool.connect, instead I down loaded the plug-in where these classes are pointing to org.sourceforge.ecldbtool.connect. If there is additional documentation to be consumed I would love to hear about it. Thanks, Bryan LaPlante |

Bram, Would it be possible to change the reply behaviour of the mailing list? At the moment, a reply will be send to the author instead of back to the mailing list. I propose that you checkin everything like this: ecldb (main module in CVS) |- plugins | |- net.sourceforge.ecldb.connect | | |- plugin.xml | | |- ... | | \- src | \- ... |- web (for the ecldbtool website) |- ... (open for new things) This way, *everything* is under 1 CVS module, which means that you can label everything in one time. If you need the plugins in the root, you can still create module aliases in the CVSROOT/modules file. Ringo __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Ringo, Celine seems I'll have to redo the check-in. I'll - rename the projects to the plugin names - rename sourceforge.org to sourceforge.net - restore all filenames to mixed case (now for some reason they are all in lower case) Bram Ringo De Smet wrote: > Beste Bram, > > I noticed that you checked in the sources of the connect plugin. > However, the CVS module names don't match the Eclipse plugin names, > which is actually not a good choice. In case you don't know how to do this, check the CVS Manual: http://www.cvshome.org/docs/manual/cvs_18.html#SEC158 It came to my mind after I sent my first mail. Beste Bram, I noticed that you checked in the sources of the connect plugin. However, the CVS module names don't match the Eclipse plugin names, which is actually not a good choice. Would it be possible to do the checkin again with the correct names? BTW, the official domain name of SourceForge is .net, not .org, so I suggest that you rename the Java packages too. If you need help, contact me. Groeten, Ringo __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
