There are two possible issues here - one is that EClass creates a
Greenstone "collection" and this collection may contain old files. The
other is that EClass' pub folder may actually contain old HTML files
from long ago. Delete the Greenstone collection and the files in the
pub folder, then do a "Refresh Theme" and publish again. I'll have to
think of a good way to delete these old files without accidently
deleting what's needed.
