OK, I finally figured this out. There was a bug when you don't specify 
the "/" at the beginning of the directory name. EClass needed to add it 
but it wasn't doing that. So I think I've got this one fixed. =)

It's supposed to do this already, but obviously there's a bug 
somewhere. I'll track it down... ;-(

I'll add it and once I've resolved the hotword issue, I'll release a 
new version, which hopefully should be the final release in the 2.5.4 
series!
