I don't think any files are being uploaded, so I think it is the data =
connection issue.

Not a problem. I cleared the errlog.txt and then tried to upload files. =

This was the first quiz created in that eclass and the first page (not =
including the inital course page, which was an eclass page). I am having =
a real hard time replicating this problem.
