Suggestion:

This is an interface suggestion probably to be implemented for the next =
version.

If you do not have a course open, many of the menu items are still =
available (not "grayed" out), they don't do anything, but they are still =
available. If you look at most commercial interfaces, most items are not =
available until a file (or in this case a course) is open. Too picky?

Bug:

In the Quiz page, It is possible to click "OK" even though you have not =
typed in the question. If you click "ok" on the Quiz Editor page, you =
can't even reopen the quiz page and all you can do is "remove" the page =
from the outline.

 More info on adding to a "gray" selected page:

This is what happened when I imported a file to the "gray" selected =
course page.

The imported file is added to a non-existent "module" instead of the =
course page.

  The course page changes when something else has been added to a "gray" =
selected item, and not always the newly created item. For instance if =
you add an item when "module2" is gray selected, it adds it in the =
correct place, but it also changes the Course page display. See the =
above hyperlinked course.

  Why the difference between gray and blue? I never seem to have a =
problem when the item is "blue" selected.
