Dear Georgios, In terms of EClass's licensing, there are two issues: the copyright of the program itself, and copyright of products created using the EClass.Builder program. As for products you create using EClass.Builder, the copyright for those belongs to whoever built them - we retain no copyright over the content others produce. You are free to build and distribute e-learning modules using EClass.Builder as you please as they belong to you. As for the program itself, you are free to use the EClass.Builder program and even modify and/or re-distribute it, even charging for it - provided that you ensure that you redistribute the license/License.txt file along with it. The license.txt file contains other conditions (which are very few), but you should read it to understand them. EClass.Builder is copyright Tulane University, although any modifications you make belong to you. If you make modifications to the program, please make it clear that your version of the program is not the same as the version available for download at www.eclass.net. (It would be helpful if you also listed your modifications, so that people will know what has changed from the main application.) Please let me know if you have any more questions.
