[Eclass-users] Use of e-Class

Dear All,

I participate in a project funded by EU and a partner (University) is
going to develop an e-learning application based on e-class or use e-class
as is. They are getting money for it - lot of money. Is it legal? In our
case there is a company that is going to use the products of these
projects. Who owns the copyright for the e-learning application?
