#12 Issue with the use of accent

As I am working in French, I choose a name for my
project with an accent (Centre Multimédia)

Then I built my chapters, and it seems to be working.

Then I wanted to add a link to a .sxc or .xls document,
that I put in the "Files" file, with the option "open in a
new window"

Here I get the following error message : "error when
trying to download file:///c:/.../EClass%
20Projects/Centre%20Multim%E9dia%
20/Files/plan_financier.sxc:
c:\...\Eclass Projects\Centre
Multim◙dia\Files\plan_financier.sxc don't exist.

The only solution I found for the moment, which make
me think that this is an "accent" issue (cf the ◙ in the
name multimédia), is that I put my doc directly in the
Eclass projects, and it's working.

But I haven't try to export in to the web, and i suspect
that it may not working then.

Due to the bug 676903, I don't succeed to change the
name of the project, which could be a workaround.
