#6 Fixes to dropdownbox

Hey Brad,

Hope you don't mind this is a few things in one..

- Fixing a bug in my previous patch to DropDownBox that
causes it to die in IE5. I can't believe I didn't catch
this until now!

- Adding a toggle so that users of DDB can use their
own custom toggle component instead of the default one

- Fix two spelling errors

I -really- like the DDB component. :)
