Shaders without any passes, or with one detail pass (while r_detailTextures is off) skip sorting and do not pass go.
Corrected Q3BSP fog on alias models with multiple meshes.
Creating a default entity for saner backend operation.
Cache optimized world model lookup.
r_drawPolys to toggle the "polygon backend".
Fixed a ton of stupid warnings.
Added some custom pragmas for compiler warnings I want to see.
