Fixed an alias mem leak. Fixed set console command not appending u/s flags. Cleaned up latch var checking. Fixed CVAR_RESET_GAMEDIR cvars saying they wont be changed until a game change when the game change is to the current game. Cvar resetting optionally works by 'force', handy for the latched cvars and the menu. Storing the UI cursor position between media resets (ie map changes). Added con_chatHudLines for controlling the number of chat hud lines to show on the screen at a time.
