Fixed some redundant framework item lookup. Defaulting menu cursor to the middle of the window. Cleaned up some deprecated menu functions. No longer redundantly setting cg.menuOpen every frame. There's no good reason to fill the screen with black behind the backsplash image. Allowing the UI to get key events when the key state changes to up, was only getting key down events before.
