[Echo-list] ItemListener not fired on SelectField

I've found a problem with the ItemListener registered on a
SelectField. I've checked that when this is the only listener
registered on it, the event doesn't get fired.

But, when you register an ActionListener and the previous
ItemListener, then both get fired.

May you have a look at this?
