[Echo-list] [ANN] Echo 1.1 Release Candidate 1 Released

The first release candidate of Echo 1.1 is now available. This release
is primarily a bugfix release over 1.1Beta3. 

Changes in this release include: 
- Added LineWrap property to Grid.Cell. 
- Fixed bug where Component.validate() was not being executed on initial
component hierarchy. 
- Fixed multiple window startup issue. 
- Fixed TableHeader not calling super.validate() issue. 
- ControllerFrame service bug fixed. 
- Added capability to manually disable unload and back button event
handlers. 
- FillerUI rendering fix. 
- Label rendering fix. 

It would be greatly appreciated if developers would try this release and
report any issues they find.
