#2 Resources not being released

When trying to kill an
'org.javagroup.misc.ProcessService' in the gui process
list, the server port doesn't get unbound. Upon
debugging it was found that the finalize() method on
the ProcessService object wasn't getting called. This
most likely means the finalize() method isn't getting
called at all.
