#102 redirect response to non-INVITE request

In the class hierarchy of responses:

Response <-- InviteResponse <-- RedirectResponse

There seems to be an assumption that only INVITE request can receive 3xx Redirection response.

I believe non-INVITE request may receive 3xx too. In this case, the class hierarchy is problematic.
