[Ecell-users] E-Cell 3.2.0 and 3.1.108 finally released!

We are proud to announce the release of the latest version of E-Cell
System, 3.2.0 and 3.1.108.

The highlights of these releases are as follows:

- Thorough refactoring for the sake of stability
- Improved differential steppers for more accuracy
- Migration to gtk.Builder.  GUI frontends no longer require libglade / pyglade.
- x86_64 support on Windows (XP, Vista and 7)

3.1.108 is a maintenance release of 3.1 series and it is terminated as
of this release.
Users are strongly encouraged to migrate to 3.2.0 if possible.
