The following illegal paths are accepted by the
CvsRoot::parse() method but it shouldn't.
:pserver:csanthosh2k1@:/cvsroot --> no host name part..
:pserver:csanthosh2k1 cvs.sf.net:/cvsroot/eccvs -->
takes the 'csanthosh2k1 cvs.sf.net' as host name.
