No. Adding new languages to ECB means always just adding new languages
I'm not sure what to do exactly for semantic but the info-manual of
semantic should be helpful but AFAIK creating a bnf is the main task.
But i would also suppose you will have write a function like
semantic-default-idl-setup (e.g. look at semantic-default-make-setup from
semantic-make.el ) which will be added to idl-mode-hook.
Maybe some more small lisp code will necessary don't know exactly
but i think i should not be so hard.
But to answer your question: No, you nothing to do in ECB, just add your
language to semantic!
