Folks, Please ignore this message if you do not use latest CVS bits for ebxmlrr..... A few of the ebxmlrr team members need to collaborate on getting some important enhancements to the XACML feature in ebxmlrr tomorrow. Normally the team does updates to the CVS tree very atomically and the CVS tree is generally very stable. However starting Friday June 20th 8am US Eastern (GMT-5) until Monday June 23rd the CVS tree will be unstable. Please avoid cvs updates starting Friday June 20th 8am US Eastern (GMT-5) until further notice. It is safe to update prior to Friday June 20th 8am US Eastern. We hope that this is not too much inconvenience to you. If anyone has a problem with this scheduled instability in CVS tree please let me know and we will try and accomodate your constraints. Thanks. Summary of Enhancements ---------------------------------- Currently the XACML support only allows for id and owner attributes to be used in policy decisions. With this change any RegistryObject attribute may be used in policy files and policy decisions. This enables very powerful capabilities to control access to RegistryObjects. -- Farrukh |
