#5 add full-text search to CBD

It would be very powerful to have the ability to
perform a full-text search on the results of a Content
Based Discovery
(auto-indexed) content. Imagine that there is another
pluggable mechanism, similar to CBD, that allows a
full-text indexer to be invoked, per ObjectType, that
would create a full-text index of submitted content.
Also imagine that there is a companion mechanism (API)
defined that allows an Ad Hoc query (Full-Text Ad Hoc
query) to not only search normal registry metadata but
also, after the metadata is searched, to additionally
search the full-text of the result set.
