#33 What version of Ant does project require?

The bundled copy of Ant found in misc/lib is version
1.6.2. The build scripts do not use any new Ant
features added in Ant 1.6.3 or later.

At the time of this writing, Ant 1.6.5 is the current
version but Ant 1.6.3 was the last release to include
new features. The Ant 1.6.3 release notes may be found
<http://archive.apache.org/dist/ant/RELEASE-NOTES-1.6.3.html>.
Please avoid the new features mentioned there when
changing the build scripts.
