#233 Can not update extrinsicObject

Fallowing scenario fails:
I'm using the web ui.
I've commited an extrinsic object with repository item.
Later I remove the reposiroty item and then saved the extrinsic object. Then I become an MissginRepositoryItem exception.
It looks like I can't update the repository item of an extrinsic object. According to the spec (for example rs 5.7.5) the update should be possible.
