#225 User not authenticated with SOAP over HTTPS

When using SOAP over HTTPS, the registry should authenticate the user based on the client certificate sent at the transport level, as intended by chapter 10 of the ebXML RS specs. This doesn't work and the registry always authenticates the client as Registry Guest. Looking at OMAR's code it appears that the client certificate is not retrieved by RegistrySOAPServlet.
