#14 Report errors after each indivudual project build

Errors are currently collected and reported when all projects in the workspace have been built. Builds would fail much faster if errors were collected and reported after each individual project build step.
At the end of the build phase, ebuilder could provide an overview that would state the total number of warnings and TODOs for each project.
