#154 Add folder as ebook link

First, thank for the great soft. It is really good, I'm keen for the next version and improvement.

Just to raise a request on ebook link: currently, we can just add ebook file, is there any opportunity to make it also available for a folder? The reason for this is that some ebook save each chapter separately file. The best way to manage these kind of ebook is to put all in a folder.

Yea, it's definitely a needed feature.
Currently the next version won't have that option automatically, but will be able to manualy create a book and then add multiple files to it.

It sounds that the next version will be released soon!
btw, just to have some further requests if it is possible:
1. retrieve information from Amazon and other source.
2. Full support unicode. Current version 2.5 accept unicode, but not in view mode.
