#151 Ability to fetch Library of Congress data

eLibrary is definitely one of the best around, plus it is free, but it would be very nice if it could fetch also the data in the Library of Congress site.
I have tons of non roman script books and the LoC gives nice transliterations, which are extremely useful for searches.

Currently I don't have time to add this.
But the code dealing with harvester is very intuitive and modular, so adding more sources for harvest should be very easy.

As always, I invite the users to get their hands dirty and try to add suggested features.
If you're interested, I can advice on how to do so
