First, the software is amazing and a great tool.

Generally, the Web Interface could use a little cosmetic work. More specifically, the frame layouts in the Web Interface Module needs to have better definition.

The default page should have a horizontal bar on the bottom, so that all [3] frames are "obvious" to the end user.

When the left hand "tags" navigation frame is expanded, this should be a statically defined frame (both horizontal to stay out of the main window, and vertical to stay out of the "selection" frame on the bottom) with the scroll bars, or even better, some mechanism for dynamically adjusting the size of the frames to a set dimension, similar to that of the main software.
