#1 Indent Icons

A minor point: the button icon for the variable indent
makes it look like the command will indent the entire
paragraph, just like the "standard indent" item does.
Since it only indents the first line, this is
misleading. An icon that makes this clear would be
better.

At the same time, I think something like "block
indent" would be a more descriptive name for the
function currently called "standard indent".
