Here is a patch (against CVS) to set the urgency hint for the window when a personal tell is received or the user's username is mentioned in a tell. I find this useful for leaving eboard running in the background with sounds disabled.

I've merged this into the eboard code here (1) + it worked (2)

(2) tested only in in unity of Ubuntu 12.04 32bit live cd: eboard shaked for a few seconds :-)

tried now also in OpenSuse 12.1 + there the feature much better to see :-)
