Have you renamed the binary and can you execute it?

Name of timeseal binary should be "timeseal." + (output from uname).

Example from my freebsd box:

asc@bsdbox:~ $ ls -l .eboard/timeseal.FreeBSD
-rwxr-xr-x  1 asc  wheel  64289 Oct 27  2001 .eboard/timeseal.FreeBSD
