#66 Animations and sounds.

I enabled move animations and move sounds.
On move sound it only played when opponent is moving and not when I move.
The move animation is enabled on both sides which makes no sense to me.
What I'm trying to say is that I want to configure eboard to play the sounds when both me and my opponent is moving and want animated moved only when my opponent moves.
This is what makes sense to me.
Maybe other people like it different so the option to configure it maybe best to not upset other people if this would be implemented (as an option).
